This is a new character of mine for Fallout 4.
She was originally created in Fallout: New Vegas with an INT of 2 (she got shot in the head, and Doc Mitchell couldn't get everything out).
She believes that BB Guns are extremely powerful weapons, and that she really doesn't need anything else. But she does carry a pistol as a hold-out weapon.
She also met Willow in the Mojave and they have been inseparable since (Willow=Heather Casdin mod 😉).
I was finally able to find all of the items necessary through mods and Creation Club to recreate her in Fallout 4. So I have.
I don't think anyone actually reads these descriptions anyway, So I will end this here.
