I know we've not spoken much for a while now, and you've even got a Tumblr now to go with your amazing channel! But I pray this video finds you well, and that you've enjoyed your new year as an incredible person, Christian, and vidder.
This tribute is for you, my friend! I know it's limited in the amount of sequel footage it includes because I'm trying to keep off the unauthorized footage that floats the web. I chose the song because I know it has heart and we can all use comfort and God's love in our lives. It fits with Hiccup and Toothless' undying loyalty as well, a friendship you celebrate so beautifully in your fandom of these beautiful characters. (I *did* get carried a bit away in the Stoick storyline, though, but without complete footage it's really irritating!)
Anyway, pardon the late gift, life's been a mess, but I hope we can get back to chatting again! You've been such an inspiration for me and on my YouTube journey, you've been a shining stalwart of quality, friendship, and joy. I still treasure your comments to my anniversary video, and the comfort my last birthday vid to you was able to offer. Thank you for being a friend of mine. ❤

OKAY. So yesterday the trailer to Rogue One: a Star Wars story hit the Interwebs and I went and got all excited thinking our new heroine is Lukes wife and Reys mother, aka Mara Jade, rechristened Jyn Erso. She gave me all sorts of Katniss vibes too and then that whole question posed in the trailer— being captured, being broken, what will you become?? And all Im thinking is MARA.
Anyway. I AM SO EXCITE and I threw this together. It also doubles somewhat as a tribute to Mara/Luke, because that song is so perf for them.
Heres hoping Thrawn is the officer in white!
Cant wait for December!! Let the raging speculation begin!
