Is it me, or have I been uploading every other day lately? xD

I was actually planning on uploading every day (there are still a lot of my old videos that I'd like to upload) but that hasn't really been happening...sorry...
Although, I will be on break starting tomorrow, so maybe I'll be able to upload more regularly next week....I promise I'll try ;)

Anyways guess what guys? I joined a new studio! xD

I know, it's crazy cuz I am now more busy than ever because of college and stuff, so why did I join? It's simple - because it's an AMAZING studio about one of my favorite childhood shows : Code Lyoko!
Also, we only do meps once a month, so it's not that bad, and my other studios haven't been too busy...so I think I can handle it.

To be honest, I wasn't looking to join any more studios.
But back in the beginning of September, the studio's leader (AelitaHopp3r) actually invited me to join! I believe she was hosting auditions to find a new member at the time. I was thinking about auditioning, but then decided not to because of my new busy life.
She sent me a pm inviting me to join after she saw my recent vent video that I did using Code Lyoko Evolution footage (youtu.be/KeRa84YOInU).

I couldn't believe it! Of course I couldn't resist accepting the offer, and I'm glad that I did!
I've been trying to edit more with Code Lyoko, it's a shame I don't often since it is one of my favorite cartoons, so this is the perfect opportunity for me! ^^

Thank you so much Katherine for giving me this great chance to join this studio and supporting my videos! :) That means a lot to me, thank you.

Now about this video - this is my first time participating in one of SPE's meps! And it was quite challenging. The main challenge for me was that I did not like the song. I also didn't get to choose my part, which made it harder. However I think that this was a great opportunity, because I am thinking about doing video editing professionally and in the professional world you have to learn how to overcome challenge and be ready to take on anything that you're asked to do, even if you don't like it.
We were also asked to pick out a theme. For my part, I chose the theme of friendship, to show that friendship is the greatest power that leads to victory. I believe having your friends' support gives you more strength :)
In the end, I think it turned out okay and when I saw my part mixed with everyone else's part in the full mep I was surprised at how well they all fitted together perfectly yet with still keep each of their own unique editing styles.

I looking forward to working on more meps with this amazing editors in this awesome studio! ^^

On another note, I wonder. Does anyone actually read my descriptions? It's funny, cuz I was looking back at my first uploads on youtube, and I barely wrote a few sentences in the descriptions. Now I write almost a whole novel with each video xD I apologize for all these long and boring rants.
I put so much time and effort into my descriptions now, but is it worth it?
If you actually do read my descriptions, you're an awesome person! ;)
