This week Plant Lovers, a group of orchids I am LESS than successful with; Lycaste! I have Lycaste aromatica which doggedly continues to survive and bloom, despite my best efforts to not look after it well! So this year I have decided is 'the year of Lycaste'!! I think I've figured out what my big mistake is, which is good timing as I have two of Joe Crawford's plants that desperately need a repot and some love! So in this video we'll take a quick look at my Lycaste aromatica which has the most blooms it's ever had and the care I've given it this year that has hopefully contributed!! We'll then get the two new plants out of their old pots to look at their root structure and create a new mix to pot them into.
