Endurance road bikes have a reputation for being soft, heavy, or plagued by complex widgets. In this video, we take a deep dive into the long-awaited Time Fluidity—an endurance bike built for 10-hour epic rides that still retains the razor-sharp handling and raw stiffness Time is famous for.
We actually traveled to the Time factory to see how raw carbon fiber and bio-based Dyneema are woven together using their unique braided carbon construction and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM). Chief Engineer Sidd broke down the concept of "directional morphing"—until Tony the CEO literally redacted the most confidential parts of our interview!
Back in the Mapdec workshop in Kendal, we tear down the frame, talk weight specs, explain the highly versatile 52mm headset system, and hit the road to see how it actually handles compared to gimmick-heavy endurance bikes like the Trek Domane and Specialized Roubaix.
