- 360g cooked chickpeas
- 113g onion
- 120g zucchini
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinagre
- 0.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
- 240g Rolled oats
