Strategy?
Spread your characters out a bit like how I did, it'll help lessen the amount of damage the party will take whenever the boss uses a AoE spell.
Hiro: Poe Sword, what else?
Ronfar: Saint Litany on all characters, Tranquil Litany whenever the boss hits the party with an AoE spell.
Jean: Blue Dragon Palm till she runs out of MP. Then have her attack normally.
Lemina: Whenever there's a Water Element field, have her use Erase Magic. It's required. Other than that, have her buff either Hiro or Jean with Power Flame, and use Flame Shot.
Lucia: Leave her in the corner so she can do whatever she wants. Whether or not she's alive at the end of the battle doesn't really matter.

The boss -can- be a problem if you're not decently prepared. Make sure you use Erase Magic to get rid of the field element ASAP. I went into the battle with a half MP for all my characters, so I had to resort to using a Star Light on Ronfar. D:
