I assembled the bike and swapped out several parts
The bike is finished except for the carbon bars
Out of the box it weigh3d 53 pounds (24 kilos)
I still have to take it out for a ride and dial in all the stuff like seat height, brake levers, etc.

The sentence where I said it would go from 40 to 46 was supposed to be, from 50 to 46 pounds :)
