Update: With Update 8.1.0.4, Foundry weapons earned outside of Lost Sectors will go back to dropping their intended 1 perk per column. So, make to farming Master Lost Sectors if you want a better chance of what you want or a hybrid roll.
World Drops are still misbehaving in Episode: Revenant, dropping with Double Perks outside of Master Lost Sectors. However, there is even more going on, as some weapons arent getting double perks (when they should) and some are (when they shouldnt. Lets go over how this bug/feature works, what weapons it affects, and how to best take advantage of it.
