1. New Order - like predator support
2. Give an ingame DPS tooltip check
3. Provide an in-game mini-video showcasing the skills of a merc
4. Make Mercenaries craftable
5. Make Mercs character rather than account bound (limit of 3 feels bad)
6. Allow Mercs to be resold
7. Let everyone get perma mercs - give the Luminary 2/Allow for chest piece
