What is the Sniper Mercs priority of skill usage?
Ensnaring Arrow - Didn't discern usage
Poacher's Mark - Doesn't use on Blue or White packs. Uses on rares.
Puncture - Leads with, then goes on CD it seems
Tornado Shot - uses heavily, frequently, lots of clear potentional/coverage
Dash - uses when in melee range to reposition
Blink Arrow - uses sometimes when in melee range to reposition
