Yes it seems that Luigi can be found in Super Mario 64 after all... He was just hiding behind the star statue in Peach's castle courtyard. He's a little shorter than usual, maybe from standing too long near the water, but at least, Luigi got all of his head!
Note that the player controlling Luigi obviously never did Mario 64 speed runs videos :)

Ok due to people thinking I was serious and not reading the comments I'm adding some explanation here: No Luigi is not in an unmodified Mario 64 cartridge, yes this is a hack.
But people thinking it's just a texture and color hack probably didn't play Mario 64 recently. Look at the head, it has a different shape than Mario's.
Anyway I don't pretend it's the best hack ever, I did this for fun as a side hack. I have much bigger plans for Mario 64 in the future. (see my other video)
