A quick unboxing and setup of one of these inexpensive "Lucky Miners" that operate on the SHA256 algorithm (coins like Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash for example). With their small hash power these kind of miners are meant as solo miners (aka lottery). Their intention is to solve a block by themselves thus earning you the full payout for that block. Power consumption maxes at ~30 watts.
Setup is pretty straightforward: Connect to the WiFi SSID the device uses for initial configuration. Provide your WiFi SSID, password and stratum details (URL, Port, Username and Password for the mining pool you're using). Save the configuration and restart the device. Afterwards mining should start and you simply leave it alone and monitor it's progress as it operates.
