Meet Luca. He's the 2013 winner of MasterChef U.S. and current owner of The Lucky Fig, a food truck and catering service in Houston, Texas.

Luca's part of a dream team of MasterChef winners leading the MasterChef Dining and Bar Singapore event November 25-December 9, 2016. We caught up with him at the kitchen to discuss how he's living the American Dream right now, and what he thinks are the ingredients that make a MasterChef.
