This is an experiment to make a variation on a keto sandwich bread recipe I saw on Mary's Test Kitchen (link below); I decided to try making it with oat bran instead.

Why? Why not keto? - I'm not on a keto diet, and I had a little trouble sourcing oat fibre powder locally - I could have sent for it I suppose, but also it's rather expensive so I thought I'd try this.

Ingredients used here:
100g Oat bran (blended to make it a bit finer than as supplied)
125g Milled flax seed
175g Vital wheat gluten
350ml Warm water
5g Dried yeast
5g White sugar
