We brought this to daughter's house for a quick dinner and night out driving. We saw a beautiful pink sunset over Westfield, In on our drive! Just lovely! So, I named this dish after that pink sunset! "Lovely Pork Roast Recipe". I hope you try it and make the changes that you like. It's fun, tasty and easy when using the crocker!
