Croissants usually take about 3 days to make. Over the years, I have made up a quicker version. Cutting corners, I have learned, is never the same as the 3 day version, but these are really good for those 'impatient' days.4 -9 hours may seem long...but it's not compared to the 'real' recipe!
I like fast results at times too! LOL!
