A process video showing how I created an art journal spread using Paper Garden supplies.

I start with a printable sheet. I normally mount the printables on top of something sturdier, but as I was going to add these pieces to my journal, I worked on top of the printed paper. This then guided my choices with the mediums, for example. I add some stamping and collaging on top together with a dash of acrylic paint. On top of the flat collage made out of vintage labels and ephemera, I then make two more dimensional compositions using some labels and two elements from Tim Holtz idea-ology collection. The right page gets a big butterfly, the left one a vintage photo of a girl. I finish the spread with some Paper Garden stckers, touches of ink and sentiment stickers.
