I love hearing different takes on "Louie Louie". Barry White had much bigger and more memorable hits than this, but when I found this record recently I could not pass it up.
My specs:
Recorded using a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon EVO turntable with Acryl-It platter, record clamp and AT VM540ML cart. All records are cleaned on a VPI 16.5 with Adobe Audition CC used for recording and processing with clicks removed manually.

This energic live performance was recorded at The Forum in Los Angeles, CA - February 7, 1984, despite what the label says. It was released on a promo 12 single and as the b-side of the U.S. single The Reflex. Unfortunately, the song is edited with the second verse removed.
