Wall Off (Short Exercise Tutorial) 🧱💪
In this quick video, I’ll guide you through “Wall Off”—a simple, controlled exercise designed to build strength and control as you move your body away from and back onto the wall.
How to do it:
Stand with your back facing a wall
Keep your hands crossed against your chest
Slowly lean back** so your body contacts the wall
Without using your hands, lift off the wall and return to a standing position
Quick tips:
Keep your chest and upper body tall and controlled
Move slowly and stay within your comfort range
Focus on using your legs/core, not your hands
For patients only: Always follow your clinician’s instructions and stop if you feel pain, numbness, or discomfort beyond mild effort.
If you found this helpful, please like, subscribe, and comment “Wall Off” if you want more short exercise tutorials!
