Evidently this was for some kind of class project at Liberty University, an evangelical Christian college in Lynchburg, Virginia founded by Jerry Falwell.
Of course, anything remotely immodest or sexual in nature would've been against their teachings anyway, so this ends up being a lot of boring rambling, but there are a few amusing outtakes if you have the patience to watch the whole thing.

Watch BMW tooting their own horn for about 24 minutes on this VHS tape from 1999. I dont know whether this tape was given to new BMW employees or buyers of BMW cars. As much as an enthusiast they might be, I dont think buyers would be interested in watching the whole thing. And yes, controversial BMW styling designer Chris Bangle makes an appearance.")
