Lost Horse Mine is a great hike in Joshua Tree National Park that takes you to an amazing stamp mill in the middle of the park. The hike is 4 miles round trip just to the mine or 6.5 miles for the full loop. It is a good way to get an introduction to the park's history and a fun spot to explore.
