Sandstone Peak is one of my favorite trails in the Los Angeles / Malibu area. The trail has lots to look at and amazing coastal views once you get near the top. The 6 mile trail is not too tough either but it doesn't have a lot of shade so it's not a great hike in the heat of the summer. Let me know what you think about this trail in the comments.
