George and DOG are here with some sad news. This past week, we had to say goodbye to the wonderful cat who was in our house, the Gracie cat. Gracie was a part of our family for seven years, and it was very difficult to say goodbye to her. However, with any good friend, good pet, or relationship, sometimes there are times when it is over, or when it hurts, or when you have to say goodbye. This only means that the good times were even better in contrast, and it is good for your self-esteem to know that the bad times aren't forever, and that feeling sad or bad is not a thing to be avoided.
Take good care of yourself.
Remember: Be like cat. Be good to self.
