YES, it's a NON-STAMPING tutorial!! :) I'm re-creating a beautiful design by my friend Lo, with her permission, and by request from many of you on my Facebook page. I hope you like it. Pre-Answering:
1. The paints are Crayola brand, I got them at WalMart. Any acrylic paints are fine too.
2. The brush I used is from Cheeky.
3. The pointed dotting tool is from BornPrettyStore
4. The little plate I used for a palette is just a cheap tray I got at Michael's craft store.
5. The paint dried in about 5 minutes.
