Today's tutorial involves NO STAMPING. Yep, that's right! Surprised? lol I thought it would be good to offer something else for those of you who don't have the stamping tools but still want a fun holiday nail idea. AND, if you have nice long nails, I'm jealous - cuz I wanted to wear this one myself too! :)
