On Thursday 17 September, 2020, a well-known artwork returned to the streets of Folkestone. Art Buff, by the street artist Banksy, was reinstalled in Folkestone's Creative Quarter.

To celebrate its return, we presented The Plinth. We placed 10 vacant plinths in beautiful and unique places around the town and invited people to use them to celebrate their creativity.
