Longs Peak is one of the most famous 14ers in Colorado - and for good reason! Hiking Longs Peak via the keyhole route requires miles of navigating challenging terrain along the Longs Peak ledges, some spicy scrambling through the Longs Peak narrows and trough, and plenty of route finding. But the challenges are more than made up for with the incredible views of Rocky Mountain National Park, the eastern plains, and Chasm Lake down below that hikers are gifted with throughout the trail. It's no secret that Colorado hikes (especially Colorado 14ers) always steal our hearts!
