System: NES
Version: (US)
This is the longplay of the game Shadow of The Ninja, originally called Yami no Shigotonin Kage in Japan and Blue Shadow in Europe. It is an action and platform game released for the NES, produced and distributed by Natsume, released in 1990 in Japan and the United States and in 1991 in Europe (where it was distributed by Taito).
The plot takes place in 2029, when Emperor Garuda took control of the United States of America, building a fortress in the middle of New York. To stop Garuda and avenge the innocent lives that were lost under his reign, two ninja masters from the Iga clan, Lord Hayate and Lady Kaede, are sent to infiltrate Garuda's fortress, with the aim of destroying him and bringing peace to Garuda. return to Earth.
The player can choose between Hayate (ninja) or Kaede (kunoichi) and needs to go through several platform stages, full of enemies and traps, as well as sub-bosses and bosses. The heroes' weaponry includes the Katana sword and the Kurisagama spear, which have different attributes. While the Katana is a short-range but powerful weapon, the Kurisagama allows you to attack in several directions but with slightly less damage. By picking up several items in a row corresponding to the equipped weapon, it is possible to increase its power to fire projectiles. Ranged weapons include shurikens, kunais, and grenades.
It's a good game that can be played solo or co-op. The video was made playing with 2 players.

Game: Shatterhand
System: Nintendo Entertainment System
Version: (US)
Note: This game was recorded again, with better quality and more accuracy.
This is the longplay of the game Shatterhand, beatn up game and platform for NES, produced by Jaleco and distributed by Natsume in 1991.
The story of this game takes place in the year 2030, with an army of cyborgs called Metal Command that aimed to dominate the world. A policeman named Steve Hermann lost his arms in a violent confrontation with these cyborgs, so the police implanted in Hermann two cyber arms, which in addition to returning mobility to our heroes are also extremely powerful and so was born Agent Shatterhand!
In this game we defeat enemies only with bare hands, with the aid of small robots that float around Shatterhand, collect coins to recover life between the phases and give us extra strength in the attacks. The robots are activated by taking a combination of items with the letters Alpha and Beta and every 3 items collected it invokes a different robot, if you keep your robot alive and achieve the same combination then you make the robot transform Shatterhand into a real war machine , capable of firing powerful projectiles.
Shatterhand is an end-of-the-generation NES game and got a little unfamiliar with being released in a time where the 16 bit consoles were starting to make a hit and is a very good game. I recommend! I hope you enjoy the video. [Longplay] NES - Shatterhand (4K, 60FPS)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/euRq8kDyYBs/mqdefault.jpg)

This is the longplay of the game Strike Gunner S.T.G, a shooter game produced by Athena Co. and released in 1991 for Arcades and in 1992 for Super Nintendo and Amiga.
The story of the game takes place in the 20th century, when the nations of the world united against nuclear weapons and sought permanent world peace. With the promise of permanent world peace finally in hand, only a madman would still be capable of harboring an ambitious dream of world domination. Such a madman is the cunning dictator of Sovinia, a small rebel nation. The dictator then gathered an extremely powerful arsenal of nuclear weapons, so that he dominated the allied nations of Earth. Given all this, scientists estimate that, by 2008, most of the planets will be in ruins and, to make matters worse, alien forces have turned against Earth, setting out to conquer and colonize the planet. In his insane lust for power, he has joined forces with a massive war force, hostile beyond this planet, armed with weapons more powerful than anything ever seen before by man. Earths allied countries try to resist, but without nuclear weapons, their efforts are futile. By 2008, most of the planets are in ruins; then, in an ironic betrayal, the alien forces turn against their ally, thus setting out to conquer and colonize Earth. Faced with this, the allied countries are left to join forces against the dictator of Sovinia and against the alien invasions. To defeat these threats, a powerful weapon has been developed in the depths of the Amazon jungle. Its name? Strike Gunner. With time running out and few resources remaining, only two can be built, but they can be combined at will to form a Superfighter of surprising power, with an impressive arsenal of offensive and defensive devices at your command, and your own unique courage and skill as a fighter pilot, the Earth can still be saved!
In the game we control a super-experienced fighter pilot, who is called upon to save the Earth using the Strike Gunner, a futuristic ship equipped with a double red laser gun that can be improved (until you die) several times, until it reaches its most powerful form, which is a blue laser. In addition to the primary weapon with infinite shots, it is also possible (and necessary) to use a secondary weapon, which has limited ammunition but can be reloaded. There are 15 secondary weapons, each with different effects. The game supports two players (Player 1 is Jane Sinclair, [red ship], and Player 2 is Mark McKenzie, [blue ship]), who in cooperative mode face the same single-player missions. If played with 2 players, the two ships can be combined into one to use different strategies. The graphics are simple, but very good for the time and the music does its job well. The game has a challenging level of difficulty, which requires a lot of attention from the player. The video was made playing with 2 players.
I hope you like it.

Game: Totally Rad
System: Nintendo Entertainment System
Version: (US)
This is the longplay of the game Totally Rad, an action platform game exclusive to the NES, released in 1990 in Japan (under the name Magic John) and in 1991 in the United States and Europe. The game was developed by Aicom and published in the West by Jaleco.
In the game, we control Jake, a young apprentice magician who studies magic under the tutelage of master Zebediah Pong. During a magic show, his girlfriend, Alisson, is kidnapped and his mentor ends up teaching him some tricks so that the boy can save the girl and her father, who is a scientist. The villains want to take possession of Alissons fathers knowledge to create an underground army and dominate the world.
The game has a style that is very reminiscent of the Mega Man games, with 2D level progression. Jake uses magic to defeat enemies, both regular magic (which is infinite and can be charged), and special magic, which allows him to heal himself, paralyze enemies, use devastating attacks and even transform into other creatures. The game had more potential, but there are some flaws: you cant fire charged magic while jumping and there are no items, neither healing nor magic, which forces the player to ration magic to avoid trouble. The cutscenes between stages are well done and help to understand the games story, and the graphics and music are standard for the NES.
Totally Rad is not a bad game, but it also had the potential to be better.

This is the longplay of the game Raiden, a vertical shooter initially released in arcades in 1990 and then on consoles. This is the Super Nintendo version, released in 1991 under the name Raiden Trad.
The game is set in the year 2090, when the inhabitants of Earth have established what they believe to be a lasting world peace.
At this time (more precisely in the late year 2089), an alien life form known as Crystals invaded Earth. The Crystals took control of most of Earths military equipment to use in the invasion. Shining metallic objects seemed to fill the midnight skies on that fateful night of December 2, 2089. The attack was underway, taking the people of Earth completely by surprise.
In response, the worldwide organization known as Vanquish Crystal Defense (VCD) develops the Fighting Thunder attack ship, a cutting-edge weapon based on Crystal technology. To survive against the invaders and fight back, the VCD uses the Fighting Thunder as humanitys only hope. Several pilots were tested, but only two passed the tests to pilot that model of aircraft.
The player controls a ship equipped with weapons such as machine guns and lasers, as well as smartbombs. During the game, it is possible to pick up items to obtain two types of weapons, the items being red (machine gun) or blue (laser), and it is necessary to shoot the items icon to change its color. In addition, you can also pick up items to upgrade your weapons, get more bombs, medals to add points and extra lives.
The game is a good port of the Arcade version, quite faithful. The video was made on the Pro level and playing with 2 players. I hope you like it. [Longplay] SNES - Raiden Trad [2 Players] (4K, 60FPS)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/gq2lL_WO8lc/mqdefault.jpg)

Game: Paprium
System: Sega Genesis
Version: (US)
This is the longplay for Paprium, an action and beat em up game developed and distributed by Watermelon and released in 2020 exclusively for the Sega Genesis.
The games story revolves around a fictional city called Paprium, a metropolis built after a nuclear war somewhere near Shanghai, Tokyo, and Pyongyang in the year 8A2, the hexadecimal value for the number 2210. The city is extremely violent and dominated by crime and corruption, with numerous class conflicts occurring where one group seeks to destroy the other in order to control territories. The game stars three characters: Tug, a tall man with great physical strength; Alex, a young woman skilled in the use of bladed weapons with great agility; and Dice, a middle-aged man with balanced strength and agility attributes. Together, the three will need to fight to restore order and sweep crime from the city of Paprium, and to do so they will fight with their bare fists.
Paprium is a beat em up inspired by games like Streets of Rage and Final Fight, where players must attack enemies with punches, kicks, and weapons from the environment. In the game, we control Tug, Alex, and Dice in their crusade against crime, traversing apocalyptic scenarios. The heroes can use high and low punches with their bare hands and also use melee weapons, such as knives, pipes, and electrified batons to attack at close range or throw these weapons at long range at enemies. They can also use a drug called Blu, which appears in the form of a blue pill and can grant temporary invulnerability and increased attack power to the user. In addition, they can also use vehicles and humanoid creatures as mounts, similar to Golden Axe.
The game features alternative paths, and it is necessary to traverse them to unlock two secret characters (Ba Ba and L-Ektra), as well as choosing to place characters on thrones after a certain period in order to unlock alternative routes. Unlocking all the routes requires not only a lot of planning, but also playing them multiple times in order to unlock the longest route in the game (where you also see the best ending). The games graphics are good and well-made, the soundtrack (composed by David Burton, aka Groovemaster303, and Trevin Hughes, aka Jredd) is very well done, with some very memorable songs that match the chaotic atmosphere of the game. The gameplay is simple, but full of problems, with the risk of grabbing and not being able to easily release your teammate, in addition to relatively repetitive enemies and a somewhat precarious hitbox. The game had a lot of potential, but it is full of bugs that greatly hinder the experience, especially graphical artifacts when explosions occur along with many elements on the screen and moments where, in the transition from one screen to another, the character walks and his sprite does not move his legs (this is solved by jumping). The environments are well-crafted for the games futuristic cyberpunk theme, however, most of them take place indoors, and I confess I expected something with plenty of open spaces to better explore the city of Paprium. While the games music is of good quality, the same cannot be said of the sound effects, which are quite generic. The game attempts to lengthen the game to increase replayability, but this ends up being too long and sometimes even tedious, since each of the three main routes (where its necessary to leave a character on the throne) needs to be played three times, making the games longevity very repetitive.
Paprium was planned by Watermelon since 2012 as a revolutionary game, promising graphics that went far beyond the original capabilities of the Mega Drive, among other things, and for this, a crowdfunding campaign was launched, selling cartridges to project supporters. Its development was plagued by problems, such as extreme delays and lack of communication, with many original backers never receiving their physical copies, leading to accusations of fraud, and many promises (such as Steam, PS4, and Nintendo Switch versions) not being fulfilled. The cartridge also has a special chip called Datenmeister, which expands the games capabilities beyond the native limits of the Mega Drive and makes it difficult to play on emulators. After a long time, the game was finally emulated, although the emulation is not entirely perfect and is quite experimental. My verdict? Its not a bad game, but it could have been much better if it had been better cared for and if the company that developed it had been more responsible. Watermelon did a good job with the RPG Pier Solar, but when it came to Paprium, they faltered greatly with those who trusted them. The video was made in Original Mode and played in 14 playthroughs (yes, 14, you read that right). I hope you enjoy it. Game: Super Mario World: Super Mario Bros 3 Style
System: Super Nintendo
Version: 2022 Update
This is the longplay of the game Super Mario World: Super Mario Bros Style Hack, a Super Mario World hack game released in 2022 by romhacker HiroGS.
The premise of this hack is to make Super Mario World with the same graphic style as Super Mario Bros 3 (more precisely the version present in the Super Mario All-Stars collection), scenarios and music, as well as some enemies. It is a good version, even with a few bugs and some slightly modified content (for example: the Chocolate Island level does not have multiple paths like in the original version and the exit with the key is at the beginning of the level). The video was recorded obtaining all the exits and the Dragon Coins (even though you are forced to leave one behind in order to get a larger amount in the next stage of the level, such as in the Gnarly level).

Game: Golden Axe III
System: Sega Genesis
Version: (JP)
This is the longplay of the game Golden Axe III, a side-scrolling beat em up game developed and published by Sega, released for the Sega Genesis in Japan on June 25, 1993. Later, the game was released digitally in the United States through the Sega Channel.
The story of Golden Axe III, like the previous games, revolves around the legendary Golden Axe, which grants its wielder almost limitless power. It has once again been stolen by evil forces, placing the land of Yuria in great danger. The culprit this time is a being called the Prince of Darkness, who, possessing the Golden Axe, cast a terrible curse upon all the warriors of Yuria. Among the heroes who will embark on the quest for the Golden Axe are the barbarian Kain Grinder, the amazon Sarah Barn, the giant Braoude Cragger, and the feline man Chronos Evil Lait, each with different attributes of strength and agility. From the previous games, only the dwarf Gilius Thunderhead appears, and even then, he is an NPC, assuming the role of mentor to the heroes.
The game has some innovations, such as alternative paths (which you can follow as one or several), as well as allowing physical and magical attacks in combination. The game also allows you to rescue people who are imprisoned and also use mounts to defeat enemies. Between stages, goblins try to steal from the heroes while they sleep, so it is necessary to attack these little thieves to avoid losing your magic potions. Unlike previous games, Golden Axe III is considered by many to be the black sheep of the series, due to its high degree of difficulty, even on normal difficulty. There is a move to block attacks, but here it works very poorly, while enemies can perform this move with relative ease. The graphics are not bad, but they are relatively weak for 1993, when games with superior graphics were already being released. The music and sound effects are competent. The game has two endings, one bad and one good.
The video was made with 2 players, following only the bottom route, saving the possessed characters (which you didnt choose to play as) and with the good ending.
I hope you enjoy it.

Game: The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past & Four Swords
System: Game Boy Advance
Version: (US)
This is the longplay of the game The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, an action/rpg/adventure game originally released for the Super Nintendo and ported to the Game Boy Advance, released in the United States in 2002 and in the rest of the world in 2003. This game was formally released under the title The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past & Four Swords.
In the game, we control Link, who sets out on a journey to save the land of Hyrule, prevent Ganons return, and free the seven maidens descended from the Ancient Sages. The story is a prequel to previous games in the series, involving the ancestors of Link and Princess Zelda. This game uses a top-down 3/4 perspective similar to the original The Legend of Zelda (released for the NES), in addition to introducing the Master Sword and an alternate world.
This port introduces voices to the character when he attacks or falls into holes, as well as minor changes to the game, the most notable being the controls adapted to the GBA, as well as minor differences in the design of the Ice Temple.
The game is considered one of my favorites, as well as one of the best of all time. This version, in addition to including the classic game, also includes the Four Swords mode, focused on cooperative multiplayer and with randomly generated dungeons, to encourage cooperation between players.
The video was made collecting all the items and upgrades. I hope you enjoy it. [Longplay] GBA - The Legend of Zelda: A Link to The Past [100%] (4K, 60FPS)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/hlXIvpv8gJQ/mqdefault.jpg)
