Aaron has released three albums under the name Laszlo, Radial Nerve (2011), Level Five Stage One (2013), and Cartoon Hero (2015), and more recently an EP - Press Start (2020). Aaron started off his career as a media composer with over 700 production music tracks published with EMI / Sony ATV / Universal. After success in this area of the industry, he decided to set up and invest in a new label to release his own music on and in 2011 Lydian Label was created, under which he released music such as Laszlo, Musicbox (a collaboration with guitarist and composer Todd Baker) and Lydian Collective. In 2011, Aaron signed a deal to publish the Laszlo project with Mute Song.
In 2013, Aaron founded the band Lydian Collective with a view to perform the Laszlo compositions live. Since then, they have performed at venues such as Union Chapel, Royal Festival Hall, Cadogan Hall, Jazz Cafe and 606 Club and festivals such as, Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Cambridge Jazz Festival and So What’s Next? Festival in the Netherlands.
After the release of Press Start in 2020, The Laszlo Project is back with a new sound in 2021. The first single 'Kyoto Rain' released on 19 Feb 2021, quickly followed by 'Nagoya Moon' in April. Both singles have seen comprehensive Editorial playlist support from Spotify and 'Kyoto Rain' was The Laszlo Project's first BBC Radio 2 play on Jamie Cullum's Jazz Show.
