The trial of a Libyan man accused of making the bomb that destroyed pan am flight 103 over Lockerbie has been postponed for a third time, due to new evidence.
Jury selection had been due to start tomorrow in Washington in the case against Abu Agila Masud, who denies the charges. The judge has agreed defence lawyers can have more time to investigate the development. US families of victims say they're floored by an 11th hour postponement.
