A mother whose baby was still-born after she was sent home with high blood pressure says her daughter would have survived if maternity services hadn't been downgraded at Dr Grays Hospital in Elgin.
Colette MEE-law took legal action against NHS Grampian, with the health board settling out of court. It says it's deeply sorry and is ensuring lessons are learned.
