Welcome to the WoW Classic Goldbound Challenge!
Inspired by the popular retail zonelocked challenge from patheralix
(youtube.com/@PathalerixGold,) I decided to try this in Classic WoW. No twinks, no gold from other characters, just me, my Night Elf Hunter *Coppercoin*, and the long grind ahead.
In Episode 4 of the Goldbound Classic Challenge, we finally leave Teldrassil behind and make our way to Auberdine – and it immediately feels like a whole new world. Darkshore offers freedom to explore both north and south, a ton of new quests, rare spawns, and of course… new goldmaking opportunities.
Instead of rushing ahead, I start with something simple: fishing. Oily Blackmouth, Stranglekelp, and even Darkshore Groupers turned out to be surprisingly profitable at the Auction House. From there, the grind begins: clams and crab meat, herbs like Bruiseweed and Briarthorn, and even some lucky chests and rare encounters.
Along the way, I make progress with professions, test new farming routes, and slowly build up my gold. A recipe here, a leatherworking pattern there – some disappoint, others pay off. We hit level 20, unlock Aspect of the Cheetah, and even manage to tame a very rare pet.
Auberdine is already proving to be an incredible zone for farming and goldmaking – What can I improve? Any Tips? Let me know in the comments!

![Cataclysm can be fun? - My Journey through Twinstars Hades server [WoW Cataclysm]
Taking a second look at the new Cataclysm realm: Hades.
Pretty much confirming my first impression that this is indeed a very fun and enjoyable server.

► What is Cataclsym: World of Warcraft:Cataclysm is the 3rd expansion set for the MMORPG World of Warcraft. It completly changed mechanics, classes and most of all Azeroth. Allthough many players dismiss the casual influences it had on WoW as a whole, some of the changes felt like the breath of fresh air. Cata was probably the turning point for alot of fans and still divides the playerbase.
