In this webinar we present our project delivery strategies as project and construction manager for a new R&D facility built for Hewlett Packard (HP). We focus on challenges faced from a contract management angle as well as technical design angle as the project is under a unique contract structure between a global company and local developer. We walk through some lessons learnt in risk mitigation, cost control, design management and show WSP’s ability to tailor localised approaches to project delivery.
