These part steamed part air fried potato wedges are the perfect balance of fluffy inside and crispy outside. Loaded with anything you like and serve as a sumptuous side or lazy lunch.
We’ve used the Ninja Foodi Smartlid but this will also work in the Speedi. If you wanted you can also use any air fryer (see method for info).
