These blueberry yogurt toasts are delicious, super easy to make and a perfect way to impress. With a simple custard made from yogurt and eggs with a hint of lemon then scattered with plump blueberries they hit the spot. To get our toasts nice and golden we’ve used the Ninja Dual air fryer but you can use any air fryer or even your oven.
