We recently took a trip to Livingston where as Cahonas Scotlands Community Engagement Officer I spoke at Almondvale Stadium to the players and staff @livingstonfcofficial3284 about the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms of Testicular Cancer, and how to properly self check.
Thank you to everyone at the club for signing up to our initiative and for ensuring that regular self checks become a permanent fixture for everyone at Livingston Football Club.
This is why we do what we do! Awareness is key to early diagnosis and getting more colleges to sign up to become a partner of our LIFE saving programme will help make men more aware of their bodies and ultimately save lives.

We exist to educate males about testicular cancer and the importance of early detection, through regular self checking.
We are on a mission to get testicular health on the agenda from an early age. We want testicular health to be talked about openly and candidly and for self checking to become part of every male’s monthly routine.
Through our education and information on the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer we want to empower males in Scotland to be proactive about their own testicular health.
