We were in Japan for 12 days and have fallen in love! This is just a snippet of trying to live like a local, grabbing food at Lawson, one of their many awesome convenience food stores. It's pretty much equivalent to their 7-Eleven (711) and an easy way to get a fast, affordable, nutritious meal.
711 is planning to bring some of its Japanese influence to its US stores. If they bring the egg salad sandwich over here, it's over. Those things are SO GOOD.
