Prison is like criminal college. Some guys spend their time coming up with the plan and skills to not get caught again.
Even guys who spend time in prison trying to rehabilitate themselves are likely to pick up some degree of criminal sophistication.
California prisons are criminogenic, meaning that they create crime and turn people who are less criminal by nature into those who are more criminal.

I will be speaking primarily on this, but also about anything that might interest my audience for a half hour.
