"Live Up To Your Name" is a Korean time travel drama about an acupuncturist from Joseon times who is transported to the present by a mysterious needle case. His back and forth trips occur whenever he dies. In modern Korea, he falls for a heart surgeon dealing with her own traumas. But whenever he saves her at the expense of his own life, he causes her to time travel, as well. Life is tough for both of them in both Joseon times and modern, but he never gives up hope that he will live a good life. She believes that's a life spent in service to others, and not one focused on riches.
