This is an example of a plugin that I wrote that allows you to track a camera in real time and view a Maya scene composited with your video footage in real time. The tracking system used was the FreeD tracking system. Video was brought into the computer using an USB input device. This software was able to run on a laptop. In the video seen here, some of the objects are real, and some are virtual.
