Ive basically been hunting this for all of july, either as a side or main hunt. Im so happy to get this, and I hate hunting gen 4. I will admit, I used AR to get the national dex so that the GBA insertion works, and also to get repels, a smoke ball, and a white flute on both games. deal with it. If you want to do this hunt, heres how you can get elekid with highest chance:
Must be on a DS lite or original DS because it only appears with Fire Red in the bottom slot of a DS. Use a level 10 repel trick pokemon, and a pokemon with static. These make it jump from 8% ro 96.6% with the rest being 1.6% shellos and 1.6%buizel.")
