My 131st full odds shiny, shiny Ralts in White Forest! I was using Cute Charm to get a male one to evolve into Gallade and it worked! To get Ralts into White Forest, you need to invite Ace Trainer Lena over from Black City. After doing that I got everyone else to leave so that Ralts was 100%.
