My 129th full odds shiny, shiny Feebas in Route 1 fishing spots! Phase 2 was a success! I switched over to my White 2 in case I got another Basculin so I could at least have both stripes but I actually got Feebas! Sadly I didn't get Milotic but I'll have one once I evolve this Feebas and that's all that matters to me.
