The third member of my White 2 shiny team is here! This shiny was found using a level 19 Repel Trick in Castelia Garden which makes Eevee appear 100% of the time. These encounters are normally super slow so I'd highly recommend Pass Powers for this hunt. This Eevee will be evolved into a Vaporeon because I need a water type for my team.
