Well this hunt sure was a journey! I initially started this as a side hunt to do alongside the roaming legendary beasts, and found the first shiny Dusclops only a day later, right when I started my hunt for Celebi after Crystal VC was released. Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch it, and it ran away like Safari Zone Pokémon often do. I then kept going to try to get it back, and this time it didn't appear so quickly. After more than 3 weeks of hunting and ~27k encounters, Dusclops finally shone again and thankfully I managed to catch it this time! I'm incredibly happy to finally have this amazing shiny in my collection!
