Skywatchers across the Northern Hemisphere will get a chance to see the Moon take a bite out of the Sun on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, when a total solar eclipse crosses parts of the North Atlantic region and a partial eclipse is visible across a wide swath of the U.S., Canada and Europe.
