After months of mail delays and frustration, new data from the Office of Inspector General shows Virginia’s mail delivery performance is improving.
According to U.S. Postal Service data given to the Postal Regulatory Commission and used for a dashboard on the Office of Inspector General's website, Virginia has moved out of the bottom 10 states for mail performance.
