As the Trail Squad enters Stages 5 and 6 of the Cape Epic, some of the teams are finding their groove, while others struggle to hang on. The pros performance picks up on Stage 5, but they suffer a setback on Stage 6 that has them questioning if they'll be able to finish the race. Can the Trail Squad regroup and dig deep to finish the Cape Epic?
About this Series: In July 2017, Liv Cycling selected six videos as winners of a global campaign. Together, the women who created those videos would become the Trail Squad, setting out to complete in the most EPIC mountain bike stage race of them all, the 2018 Absa Cape Epic, an eight-day stage race in South Africa with a total distance of 658km and 13,530m of climbing.
With a brand new Liv Pique mountain bike and Liv gear, support and mentorship from professional XC racers Serena Bishop Gordon and Kaysee Armstrong, and five new training buddies, each of the Trail Squad women conquered the biggest adventure of their lives. This 5 part series tells their stories of success, failure and things they learned along the way.

Located in the Buffalo National River wilderness of Northwest Arkansas, Ponca is a small mountain town surrounded by the Ozark Mountains. Ride along with local Justice Berry as he connects Upper Buffalo River Run to Miners DH to Skull Cracker to the Ponca Creek Connector for a raw and fast four mile and 1500+ foot descent, complete with tech, ripping fast flow, natural features, and manmade features.

Last spring Professional Skier and Giant Bicycles Ambassador Sage Cattabriga-Alosa along with Adam Craig, world renowned XC racer and “playing it live” professional did some scouting on a trail they heard had lots of winter fall down on. After moving some logs, cutting a few limbs, and small timber they reaped the rewards of a hard days work with some good ole shredding down the freshly cleared trail.
