At the Little Rock Board of Directors meeting on February 19, 2019, during the citizen communication segment, the mayor had earlier refused to allow our Russ Racop to speak on an agenda item and then tried to disrupt his public comment time where he addressed the actions of the feckless mayor and called into question one of his candidates for the police chief vacancy.
